陈华伟,博士,教授,博士生导师。 2004年4月毕业于西北工业大学声学工程研究所,获水声工程专业工学博士学位。攻读博士学位期间,主持完成西北工业大学博士论文创新基金课题一项。2004年6月至2005年8月,在南京大学声学研究所(近代声学国家重点实验室)从事博士后研究工作,在站期间主持完成中国博士后科学基金和江苏省首批博士后科研资助计划项目。博士后出站时,获评南京大学副研究员高级职称。2005年8月至2009年8月,在新加坡南洋理工大学电子与电气工程学院信号处理研究中心工作,任Research Fellow,参与完成新加坡科技研究局(A*STAR)等资助项目。2009年8月回国,加入南京航空航天大学信息科学与技术学院,并破格晋升为教授。2013年9月被评聘为通信与信息系统学科博士生导师。


目前的研究方向主要包括:传感器阵列信号处理技术、音频与语音信号处理技术、统计和自适应信号处理技术等。在国内外学术刊物和学术会议(包括IEEE Transactions、美国声学学会会刊JASA、声学学报、ICASSP等)发表论文80余篇,其中IEEE期刊论文十余篇。申请国家发明专利六项,已授权两项。主持承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、以及声场声信息国家重点实验室开放基金等课题。现为IEEE信号处理学会会员,欧洲信号处理学会(EURASIP)会员, 担任两个国际SCI学术期刊《IEEE Access》以及《Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing》(Springer出版)的副编辑(Associate Editor),并作为IEEE期刊和美国声学学会会刊在内的国内外多家学术期刊审稿人。此外,还担任国家自然科学基金委项目通讯评审专家,以及教育部学位中心学位论文通讯评议专家等。
